This policy covers our mobile app as well as the website: when you use the app we collect the account details you register with (your name, email address, and phone number if you choose to provide one), the listings you publish including photos and vehicle details, the messages you exchange with buyers and sellers, the approximate location you select for a listing or a search, and a record of the purchases you make.
The app also transmits device and app identifiers. When you buy a listing boost, Google Play Billing sends a purchase token together with identifiers tied to your device and Google account, so that the purchase can be verified and credited to the right listing. We use these identifiers only to complete purchases, to prevent fraud, and to keep the service secure. We do not collect an advertising identifier, we never use device identifiers for advertising, and the app contains no advertising or analytics trackers.
We only keep the information collected during the time necessary to provide the requested service. The data we store will be protected by commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with the service providers described below, who process it on our behalf, and where we are required to do so by law.
We rely on a small number of service providers that process data strictly on our behalf: Google Play for in-app purchases, our payment processors for payments made on the website, and our hosting and email infrastructure. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please note that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and we can not accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to reject our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may not be able to provide you with some of the services you desire.
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information attached to it at any time, either from the account deletion page or by contacting us.
