This page explains how to permanently delete your Carros.com account and the personal data associated with it. Carros.com is the vehicle marketplace operated at carros.com and available as the Carros Android app.
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@mail.carros.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account" and we will process the deletion.
Your account profile (name, email address, phone number), your vehicle listings and their photos, your messages to and from other users, your favorites, and your saved searches are permanently deleted.
We may retain a minimal record of completed transactions (billing and payment records) where we are legally required to do so, for example for tax and accounting purposes. These records are kept only for the period required by law and are then deleted. They are not used to contact you or for any other purpose.
