In La Libertad, Peru, you'll need the tarjeta de propiedad, the current SOAT certificate, technical-mechanical inspection (revisión técnico-mecánica) for vehicles older than the threshold, the contrato de compraventa, and the seller's cédula. The transit secretariat in Trujillo processes the transfer.

This is a private-seller listing — an individual selling their own Am General Hummer, not a business. Treat it like any other person-to-person purchase: meet in a safe public location (a police-station parking lot is the gold standard), verify the seller's ID against the title before any money changes hands, and never wire funds before seeing the vehicle in person.

Am General Hummers in the mid-age band typically lose 5-10% per year of remaining value — the curve flattens compared to the first few years. Service history is the single biggest swing factor between an average asking price and a strong one in Peru.

En una llista més alta, la sala de negociació varia més pel venedor de temps que per la pressió de compradora. If the seller still owes a bank or finance company against this Am General Hummer, the title has a lien recorded. Do NOT hand over funds before the lien is released. Standard practice in Peru: buyer's bank pays the lender directly for the loan balance and pays the seller for the remainder, with the lender's release letter arriving alongside the new title. Verify the lien status through whatever public registry Peru uses (DMV / DETRAN / Registro Civil / etc.) before agreeing to a purchase price.
