Lexus IS 250 C • 2010 • 39 km • $ 2000 USD

This 2010 Lexus IS 250 C is 16+ years old, which moves it into project / collectible / hand-me-down territory. Pricing in this band has more to do with condition and rarity than age. Inspect for rust, frame integrity, and electrical wear — none of which the 2010 fuel-economy spec sheet will warn you about.

This listing is below the typical mileage band for a 2010 Lexus — most IS 250 Cs of this age show closer to 15-20k km/year. Low mileage is a price-supporting attribute but verify the odometer hasn't been rolled back (check service records and inspection-station logs in United States (USA)).

Michigan, Michigan has one of the deeper United States (USA) markets for pickup_trucks. Comparable Lexus IS 250 C listings here usually number in the dozens, so buyers can be picky. Price competitively, photograph thoroughly, and respond to messages within a few hours — listings that don't get fast replies fall out of saved-search results in this market.

For an older Lexus IS 250 C like this one, prioritize: timing belt/chain interval (ask for the last replacement receipt), suspension bushings and shocks, brake-fluid condition, transmission service history, and rust on the rocker panels and subframe. A pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop pays for itself many times over at this age.

Insurance in Michigan, United States (USA) is state-regulated, so rates vary more by ZIP / driver profile than by Lexus IS 250 C alone. As a rough anchor, a entry-tier vehicle in this age band usually quotes between $700-2,000/year for full coverage. Liability-only is much cheaper for older / lower-value listings.

Gasoline pricing in United States (USA) is moderate. For this IS 250 C, expect monthly fuel cost to scale roughly with kilometers driven and the manufacturer-rated economy minus 10-15% for real-world conditions.

This is a private-seller listing. For a entry-tier Lexus IS 250 C, most private-sale buyers in United States (USA) pay cash or arrange a personal loan with their own bank — the private seller is not set up to handle financing paperwork on the buyer's behalf. Funds typically transfer by cashier's check or wire on handoff day.

In Michigan, United States (USA), you'll need the original title signed over by the seller, a bill of sale, a current emissions / safety inspection where required by Michigan, a VIN-match verification, and proof of insurance to take possession. The state DMV or motor-vehicle agency processes the transfer; many do it the same day.

This is a private-seller listing — an individual selling their own Lexus IS 250 C, not a business. Treat it like any other person-to-person purchase: meet in a safe public location (a police-station parking lot is the gold standard), verify the seller's ID against the title before any money changes hands, and never wire funds before seeing the vehicle in person.

A 16+ year-old Lexus IS 250 C is past its depreciation trough — pricing from here is condition-driven, not age-driven. Documented examples of desirable trims can appreciate; rough examples stay flat or depreciate as parts availability tightens. Set the price by recent comparable sold prices, not by asking prices.

En un llistat d'entrada, el terra del venedor normalment està en un grapat de centenars de dòlars de preguntes. If the seller still owes a bank or finance company against this Lexus IS 250 C, the title has a lien recorded. Do NOT hand over funds before the lien is released. Standard practice in United States (USA): buyer's bank pays the lender directly for the loan balance and pays the seller for the remainder, with the lender's release letter arriving alongside the new title. Verify the lien status through whatever public registry United States (USA) uses (DMV / DETRAN / Registro Civil / etc.) before agreeing to a purchase price.
