This 2014 Ford EcoSport is 8-15 years old — value-priced daily-driver territory. Mechanical condition matters far more than cosmetics at this age. Ask for the most recent timing-belt/chain interval, suspension work, and any major repairs. A documented one-owner EcoSport in this range is a stronger buy than a higher-trim with unknown history.

This listing is below the typical mileage band for a 2014 Ford — most EcoSports of this age show closer to 15-20k km/year. Low mileage is a price-supporting attribute but verify the odometer hasn't been rolled back (check service records and inspection-station logs in Argentina).

Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires is a mid-sized Argentina market for suvs. You'll usually find a handful of comparable Ford EcoSport listings — meaning price discipline matters but buyer reach is wider than a major hub. Photograph the EcoSport in daylight and price within 3-5% of comparable active listings.

For an older Ford EcoSport like this one, prioritize: timing belt/chain interval (ask for the last replacement receipt), suspension bushings and shocks, brake-fluid condition, transmission service history, and rust on the rocker panels and subframe. A pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop pays for itself many times over at this age.

Insurance in Argentina is a private-carrier market. For a premium-tier Ford EcoSport in Buenos Aires, expect 4-8% of the market value per year for full coverage. The biggest cost-driver is the city — Buenos Aires rates can be meaningfully higher than rural Buenos Aires for the same Ford.

Gasoline in Argentina is on the more expensive side globally. For this EcoSport, plan a monthly fuel budget based on real-world city/highway mix; manufacturer-rated fuel economy is usually 10-15% optimistic in mixed driving.

This is a private-seller listing. For a premium-tier purchase like this Ford EcoSport, the buyer usually pre-arranges financing with their own bank or credit union — get pre-approval before contacting the seller. The seller will typically wait for funds to clear before signing over the title.

In Buenos Aires, Argentina, you'll need the original title signed over by the seller, a bill of sale, a current emissions / safety inspection where required by Buenos Aires, a VIN-match verification, and proof of insurance to take possession. The state DMV or motor-vehicle agency processes the transfer; many do it the same day.

This is a private-seller listing — an individual selling their own Ford EcoSport, not a business. Treat it like any other person-to-person purchase: meet in a safe public location (a police-station parking lot is the gold standard), verify the seller's ID against the title before any money changes hands, and never wire funds before seeing the vehicle in person.

Low kilometers for a Ford EcoSport of this year preserves resale value meaningfully — buyers in Argentina actively search by mileage filter. Each thousand kilometers added to the odometer between now and a future sale shaves a small but measurable amount off the next asking price.

On a premium-tier listing, negotiation room varies more by the seller's hold-time than by buyer pressure. Ask when the listing went live — anything past 30 days usually means the seller is open to a 7-10% reduction. Also inspect service records: missing entries are a legitimate price-reduction lever.

If the seller still owes a bank or finance company against this Ford EcoSport, the title has a lien recorded. Do NOT hand over funds before the lien is released. Standard practice in Argentina: buyer's bank pays the lender directly for the loan balance and pays the seller for the remainder, with the lender's release letter arriving alongside the new title. Verify the lien status through whatever public registry Argentina uses (DMV / DETRAN / Registro Civil / etc.) before agreeing to a purchase price.
