Description

Triumph Bonneville T100 Pit km: 11,000 km Model of the year: 10/18/2002 Fuel Condition: Used Weight: 220 kilograms Effect: 60hk Stroke volume: 790 cm3 Engine performance/power: 44 kW (60 hp) Type: Classic/Nude Color: Gray black Top speed: 190km/h The bike is in excellent mechanical and visual condition, and has low mileage. It has mostly only been ridden in good weather and has been stored indoors. Lighter service and maintenance have been done even in the years I've owned the bike. It is a unique bike with which you are sure to stand out! fuel cap, front fender, rear fender, rear shocks, custom seat, grommets, exhaust pipe (gives raw sound and stock exhaust pipes are included), speedometer, turn signals and taillights. The bike is fantastic fun to ride and it moves very easily around the city, while at the same time it's a dream to ride at 80 km/h on winding country roads, up mountainsides and in the valleys. The maintenance booklet is included with the user manual

Frequently asked questions

This 2002 Triumph bonneville t100 is 16+ years old, which moves it into project / collectible / hand-me-down territory. Pricing in this band has more to do with condition and rarity than age. Inspect for rust, frame integrity, and electrical wear — none of which the 2002 fuel-economy spec sheet will warn you about.

This listing is below the typical mileage band for a 2002 Triumph — most bonneville t100s of this age show closer to 15-20k km/year. Low mileage is a price-supporting attribute but verify the odometer hasn't been rolled back (check service records and inspection-station logs in United Kingdom).

Andersonstown, Northern Ireland is a smaller market — comparable Triumph bonneville t100 listings are scarce, so this motorcycle can carry a small premium for buyers who can't find local alternatives. Be transparent about condition; buyers who travel for a listing typically expect what they see in the photos.

For an older Triumph bonneville t100 like this one, prioritize: timing belt/chain interval (ask for the last replacement receipt), suspension bushings and shocks, brake-fluid condition, transmission service history, and rust on the rocker panels and subframe. A pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop pays for itself many times over at this age.

Insurance in United Kingdom is a private-carrier market. For a micro-tier Triumph bonneville t100 in Northern Ireland, expect 4-8% of the market value per year for full coverage. The biggest cost-driver is the city — Andersonstown rates can be meaningfully higher than rural Northern Ireland for the same Triumph.

Gasoline pricing in United Kingdom is moderate. For this bonneville t100, expect monthly fuel cost to scale roughly with kilometers driven and the manufacturer-rated economy minus 10-15% for real-world conditions.

This is a private-seller listing. For a micro-tier Triumph bonneville t100, most private-sale buyers in United Kingdom pay cash or arrange a personal loan with their own bank — the private seller is not set up to handle financing paperwork on the buyer's behalf. Funds typically transfer by cashier's check or wire on handoff day.

In Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, you'll need the original title signed over by the seller, a bill of sale, a current emissions / safety inspection where required by Northern Ireland, a VIN-match verification, and proof of insurance to take possession. The state DMV or motor-vehicle agency processes the transfer; many do it the same day.

This is a private-seller listing — an individual selling their own Triumph bonneville t100, not a business. Treat it like any other person-to-person purchase: meet in a safe public location (a police-station parking lot is the gold standard), verify the seller's ID against the title before any money changes hands, and never wire funds before seeing the vehicle in person.

A 16+ year-old Triumph bonneville t100 is past its depreciation trough — pricing from here is condition-driven, not age-driven. Documented examples of desirable trims can appreciate; rough examples stay flat or depreciate as parts availability tightens. Set the price by recent comparable sold prices, not by asking prices.

On an entry-tier listing, the seller's floor is usually within a few hundred dollars of asking. Lead with a fair offer — lowball offers on $500-3,000 listings get ignored or blocked. If the listing has been up more than 2-3 weeks, point that out and ask whether they'd take a quick-decision price.

If the seller still owes a bank or finance company against this Triumph bonneville t100, the title has a lien recorded. Do NOT hand over funds before the lien is released. Standard practice in United Kingdom: buyer's bank pays the lender directly for the loan balance and pays the seller for the remainder, with the lender's release letter arriving alongside the new title. Verify the lien status through whatever public registry United Kingdom uses (DMV / DETRAN / Registro Civil / etc.) before agreeing to a purchase price.
