Delete your Carros.com account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Carros.com account and the personal data associated with it. Carros.com is the vehicle marketplace operated at carros.com and available as the Carros Android app.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in to your Carros.com account (in the app or at carros.com).
2. Return to this page, or go to Dashboard → Profile, and press "Delete my account" below.
3. Confirm. Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted immediately.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@mail.carros.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account" and we will process the deletion.

What is deleted

계정 프로필(이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호), 차량 목록 및 사진, 다른 사용자에게 보내는 메시지, 즐겨찾기, 저장된 검색은 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.

What may be retained

당사는 법률에 의해 요구되는 경우, 예를 들어 세금 및 회계 목적을 위해 완료된 거래에 대한 최소한의 기록(청구 및 결제 기록)을 보유할 수 있습니다. 이 기록은 법률에 의해 요구되는 기간 동안만 보유되며 그 후 삭제됩니다. 이 기록은 귀하에게 연락하거나 다른 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.
