Hyundai Accent • 2009 • 265,000 km • $ 700 CAD

This 2009 Hyundai Accent is 16+ years old, which moves it into project / collectible / hand-me-down territory. Pricing in this band has more to do with condition and rarity than age. Inspect for rust, frame integrity, and electrical wear — none of which the 2009 fuel-economy spec sheet will warn you about.

This listing falls in the typical mileage band for a 2009 Hyundai Accent (around 15-20k km/year). At average usage, expect normal-wear consumables to need attention — brakes, tires, fluids — but no major-component surprises if the service interval has been followed.

Val-d'Or, Quebec is a mid-sized Canada market for cars. You'll usually find a handful of comparable Hyundai Accent listings — meaning price discipline matters but buyer reach is wider than a major hub. Photograph the Accent in daylight and price within 3-5% of comparable active listings.

For an older Hyundai Accent like this one, prioritize: timing belt/chain interval (ask for the last replacement receipt), suspension bushings and shocks, brake-fluid condition, transmission service history, and rust on the rocker panels and subframe. A pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop pays for itself many times over at this age.

Insurance in Quebec, Canada is provincially regulated. A entry-tier Hyundai Accent typically quotes in the C$1,200-2,800/year band for full coverage; rate depends more on postal code, driver history, and prior claims than on the Hyundai brand itself.

Gasoline pricing in Canada is moderate. For this Accent, expect monthly fuel cost to scale roughly with kilometers driven and the manufacturer-rated economy minus 10-15% for real-world conditions.

This is a private-seller listing. For a entry-tier Hyundai Accent, most private-sale buyers in Canada pay cash or arrange a personal loan with their own bank — the private seller is not set up to handle financing paperwork on the buyer's behalf. Funds typically transfer by cashier's check or wire on handoff day.

In Quebec, Canada, you'll need the local title-equivalent paperwork, the seller's ID, and proof of any annual road-tax or circulation-permit payment. Verify the exact requirements with Quebec's transit authority before listing day — they vary by province / state.

This is a private-seller listing — an individual selling their own Hyundai Accent, not a business. Treat it like any other person-to-person purchase: meet in a safe public location (a police-station parking lot is the gold standard), verify the seller's ID against the title before any money changes hands, and never wire funds before seeing the vehicle in person.

A 16+ year-old Hyundai Accent is past its depreciation trough — pricing from here is condition-driven, not age-driven. Documented examples of desirable trims can appreciate; rough examples stay flat or depreciate as parts availability tightens. Set the price by recent comparable sold prices, not by asking prices.

Lantai penjual biasanya dalam beberapa ratus dolar permintaan. menunjukkan apakah mereka akan mengambil harga pemotongan cepat.

If the seller still owes a bank or finance company against this Hyundai Accent, the title has a lien recorded. Do NOT hand over funds before the lien is released. Standard practice in Canada: buyer's bank pays the lender directly for the loan balance and pays the seller for the remainder, with the lender's release letter arriving alongside the new title. Verify the lien status through whatever public registry Canada uses (DMV / DETRAN / Registro Civil / etc.) before agreeing to a purchase price.
