This 2005 Lexus ES 330 is 16+ years old, which moves it into project / collectible / hand-me-down territory. Pricing in this band has more to do with condition and rarity than age. Ikeja, Lagos is a smaller market — comparable Lexus ES 330 listings are scarce, so this sedan can carry a small premium for buyers who can't find local alternatives. Be transparent about condition; buyers who travel for a listing typically expect what they see in the photos.

For an older Lexus ES 330 like this one, prioritize: timing belt / chain interval (ask for the last replacement receipt), suspension bushings and shocks, brake-fluid condition, transmission service history, and rust on the rocker panels and subframe. A pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop pays for itself many times over at this age.

Insurance in Nigeria is a private-carrier market. For a premium-tier Lexus ES 330 in Lagos, expect 4-8% of the market value per year for full coverage. The biggest cost-driver is the city — Ikeja rates can be meaningfully higher than rural Lagos for the same Lexus.

Gasoline pricing in Nigeria is moderate. For this ES 330, expect monthly fuel cost to scale roughly with kilometers driven and the manufacturer-rated economy minus 10-15% for real-world conditions.
