Lexus ES 330 • 2005 • 132,106 km • ₦ 3100000 NGN

This 2005 Lexus ES 330 is 16+ years old, which moves it into project / collectible / hand-me-down territory. Pricing in this band has more to do with condition and rarity than age. Inspect for rust, frame integrity, and electrical wear — none of which the 2005 fuel-economy spec sheet will warn you about.

This listing is below the typical mileage band for a 2005 Lexus — most ES 330s of this age show closer to 15-20k km/year. Low mileage is a price-supporting attribute but verify the odometer hasn't been rolled back (check service records and inspection-station logs in Nigeria).

Ikeja, Lagos is a smaller market — comparable Lexus ES 330 listings are scarce, so this sedan can carry a small premium for buyers who can't find local alternatives. Be transparent about condition; buyers who travel for a listing typically expect what they see in the photos.

For an older Lexus ES 330 like this one, prioritize: timing belt/chain interval (ask for the last replacement receipt), suspension bushings and shocks, brake-fluid condition, transmission service history, and rust on the rocker panels and subframe. A pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop pays for itself many times over at this age.

Insurance in Nigeria is a private-carrier market. For a premium-tier Lexus ES 330 in Lagos, expect 4-8% of the market value per year for full coverage. The biggest cost-driver is the city — Ikeja rates can be meaningfully higher than rural Lagos for the same Lexus.

Gasoline pricing in Nigeria is moderate. For this ES 330, expect monthly fuel cost to scale roughly with kilometers driven and the manufacturer-rated economy minus 10-15% for real-world conditions.

This is a private-seller listing. For a premium-tier purchase like this Lexus ES 330, the buyer usually pre-arranges financing with their own bank or credit union — get pre-approval before contacting the seller. The seller will typically wait for funds to clear before signing over the title.

In Lagos, Nigeria, you'll need the original title signed over by the seller, a bill of sale, a current emissions / safety inspection where required by Lagos, a VIN-match verification, and proof of insurance to take possession. The state DMV or motor-vehicle agency processes the transfer; many do it the same day.

This is a private-seller listing — an individual selling their own Lexus ES 330, not a business. Treat it like any other person-to-person purchase: meet in a safe public location (a police-station parking lot is the gold standard), verify the seller's ID against the title before any money changes hands, and never wire funds before seeing the vehicle in person.

A 16+ year-old Lexus ES 330 is past its depreciation trough — pricing from here is condition-driven, not age-driven. Documented examples of desirable trims can appreciate; rough examples stay flat or depreciate as parts availability tightens. Set the price by recent comparable sold prices, not by asking prices.

If the seller still owes a bank or finance company against this Lexus ES 330, the title has a lien recorded. Do NOT hand over funds before the lien is released. Standard practice in Nigeria: buyer's bank pays the lender directly for the loan balance and pays the seller for the remainder, with the lender's release letter arriving alongside the new title. Verify the lien status through whatever public registry Nigeria uses (DMV / DETRAN / Registro Civil / etc.) before agreeing to a purchase price.
